Ingredients

  • 8 large marshmallows
  • 3 cups chocolate ice cream
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 4 graham cracker sheets, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate sauce
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • Mini marshmallows for topping
  • Extra graham cracker crumbs for rim

Method

  1. Set your oven broiler to high. Place 8 marshmallows on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Broil for 1-2 minutes, watching carefully, until the marshmallows are golden brown and puffed up. Let them cool for a minute.
  3. Dip the rim of two glasses in chocolate sauce, then press into crushed graham cracker crumbs to coat the rim.
  4. Add the chocolate ice cream, milk, toasted marshmallows, and half the crushed graham crackers to a blender.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 15-20 seconds.
  6. Drizzle chocolate sauce inside the glasses.
  7. Pour the milkshake into the prepared glasses.
  8. Top with whipped cream, mini marshmallows, remaining graham cracker crumbs, and a final drizzle of chocolate sauce.
  9. Toast the mini marshmallows on top with a kitchen torch if you have one. Serve immediately.

Notes

Watch the marshmallows carefully under the broiler — they go from golden to burnt in seconds. If you don't have a broiler, toast them over a gas burner with a fork. For an adults-only version, add a shot of Baileys or Kahlua. The graham cracker rim is totally optional but makes this feel like a real dessert experience.
