Ingredients
Method
- Crush the ramen noodles inside their wrappers until broken into small pieces. Open and dump into a large zip-lock bag or clean chip bag.
- Crush the Flamin' Hot Cheetos and corn chips and add them to the bag with the ramen.
- Dice the summer sausage into small cubes and add to the bag.
- Sprinkle in the ramen seasoning packets and add the hot sauce.
- Pour hot water into the bag — just enough to barely cover everything. Don't flood it, you want it thick.
- Squeeze out the excess air and seal the bag tightly.
- Wrap the bag in a towel to hold in the heat. Let it sit for 12-15 minutes.
- Unwrap, squeeze lines of cheese over the top, mix it all together.
- Eat straight from the bag or spread onto a tray. Best enjoyed immediately while hot.
Notes
The key is not adding too much water — you want a thick, dense spread, not ramen soup. Let it sit wrapped up the full 15 minutes so the chips break down and everything melds together. Try different ramen flavors — chili and beef work great. You can also add a pickle spear on the side for a tangy crunch that cuts through the richness.
