Oreo Cookies and Cream Milkshake

If you've ever dunked an Oreo into a cold glass of milk and thought "I wish this was my entire drink," congratulations — this milkshake is for you. It's thick, creamy, ridiculously indulgent, and loaded with chunks of real Oreo cookies in every single sip.

Ingredients

  • 10 Oreo cookies, plus 2 extra for garnish
  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzle
  • 2 Oreo cookies for rim garnish

Method

  1. Break 10 Oreo cookies into rough pieces — don't crush them too fine, you want chunks.
  2. Add the vanilla ice cream and milk to a blender.
  3. Drop in the broken Oreo pieces.
  4. Blend on low for 10-15 seconds until combined but still chunky. You should see cookie pieces throughout.
  5. Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of two tall glasses.
  6. Pour the milkshake into the glasses.
  7. Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream, an extra drizzle of chocolate syrup, and a whole Oreo cookie on the rim of each glass.
  8. Serve immediately with a thick straw.

Notes

Use full-fat ice cream for the thickest, creamiest result. If the milkshake is too thick to pour, add a splash more milk. For an even more intense cookies and cream flavor, use cookies and cream ice cream instead of vanilla. Freeze your glasses for 10 minutes beforehand to keep everything ice cold.
