These cookies appear at every holiday gathering for a reason — they’re adorable, delicious, and disappear from the cookie plate faster than anything else. A soft, chewy peanut butter cookie rolled in sugar and topped with a perfectly pressed Hershey’s Kiss that melts just enough to stay put.
I have such strong childhood memories of pressing those chocolate kisses into warm cookies straight from the oven. Now I make them with my own kids every December, and the tradition continues. The cookies themselves are buttery and peanut-buttery with that perfect crinkled edge, and the warm chocolate on top is the finishing touch that makes them irresistible.
